We have part-time openings for RNs, LPNs and PAs to provide flu shots, COVID-19 vaccinations and TB tests at on-site clinics for our customers in Wisconsin.
JOB DESCRIPTION
The primary function of the Clinic Nurse, as a licensed professional, is to provide a high standard of wellness services to VaxPro clients. The Clinic Nurse travels to various corporate sites, follows proper clinic protocol to set up the clinic site, documents patient records and educates patients about immunizations and other wellness services. The Clinic Nurse is also responsible for proper clean-up of the clinic site.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Meets required nursing licensure which pertain to local, state and federal requirements
Interacts with patients, customers and clients in a pleasant and professional manner while delivering a high level of quality service
Ensures adequate amounts of medical supplies for each clinic
Sets up the clinic site efficiently
Completes appropriate patient intake forms
Administers wellness services to patients
Ensures proper clean up and disposal of clinic materials after each clinic
Manages medical supplies upon conclusion of each clinic
Follows all HIPAA guidelines
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Valid RN, LPN or PA license in the State of Wisconsin
Must be able to lift 20 pounds
Proficient at using tablets to submit patient records at clinics
PREFERRED SKILLS
Experience providing vaccinations
Experience in TB testing is a bonus

We have an opening for a part-time logistics person to manage clinic intake forms and supplies at onsite clinics for our customers.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage traffic flow at clinics
Assist nurses at clinics with walk-in registration using tablets, laptops or smart phones
Follow HIPAA guidelines to ensure proper handling of Protected Health Information
Update time sheet daily
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
High School diploma or equivalent
Two years of experience in a work environment
Proficient at use of tablets, laptops and smart phones
PREFERRED SKILLS
Experience in a clinic or healthcare environment
Excellent organizational, people and communication skills
Ability to multi-task
